Orders are processed promptly within few hours of your order. We try to ship orders out the next business day after your order is placed whenever possible. If we have any concerns or questions about your order, you will be notified immediately by the email you provided at checkout.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped carefully.
Generally takes:
1 – 3 business days for orders inside Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for 25.00 SAR.
3 – 6 business days for orders all around Saudi Arabia for 35.00 SAR.
Free shipping in Saudi on orders SAR300 and up.
7 – 14 business days for orders to UAE, QATAR, KUWAIT, OMAN, BAHRAIN, JORDAN & EGYPT. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
PAYMENT
Oh Curious accepts all major Credit cards, Apple pay and STC pay.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You may return an unopened / unused purchase within 14 days from receipt of your order. Shipping cost are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.
(Tufting tools, Tufted mirror and custom order are nonrefundable)!
